Au Château Dauzac, l’innovation se nourrit de nos racines. Pour l’élevage de certains de nos vins, nous avons choisi le retour à l’amphore en terre cuite. Ce contenant ancestral permet une micro-oxygénation d’une finesse absolue, sans jamais masquer l’identité du fruit par les notes boisées.

At Château Dauzac, innovation is grounded in our heritage. For ageing some of our wines, we have chosen terracotta amphorae. These traditional containers allow for the utmost finesse in micro-oxygenation, without masking the fruit's identity with woody notes.
