Aujourd’hui marque une nouvelle étape dans l’histoire de notre vignoble : nous venons de planter une toute nouvelle parcelle « Bourgade », 100% en Cabernet Sauvignon.
La préparation de la parcelle a été rigoureuse : travail du sol, analyse agronomique, choix de porte-greffe adapté aux conditions hydriques…
Chaque détail a été pensé pour favoriser une implantation optimale et durable.

Today marks a new milestone in the history of our vineyard. We just planted a new plot called « Bourgade », 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
The plot has been meticulously prepared. We considered every detail, from soil work and agronomic analysis to the selection of rootstocks suited to the water conditions, to ensure optimal and long-lasting implantation.

Avec une précision d’orfèvre, il orchestre les vinifications, suit les fermentations, affine les élevages, déguste, ajuste… et façonne l’âme de nos vins.

En 1924, Château Dauzac devient le premier Grand Cru Classé à embouteiller son vin à la propriété, sous l’impulsion de Nathaniel Johnston. Cette même année, l’emblématique étiquette jaune empereur est créée, symbole de prestige et de sensorialité. Le millésime 2024 se distingue par un bel équilibre entre tanins riches et fruits aromatiques, offrant une attaque fraîche, une bouche soyeuse et une longue finale veloutée.

In 1924, under the initiative of Nathaniel Johnston, Château Dauzac became the first Grand Cru Classé to bottle its wine on the estate. The 2024 vintage offers a subtle balance between rich tannins and aromatic fruit, with a pure, fresh attack, a silky palate and a long, velvety finish.

Mercredi 2 avril, nous avons eu l'honneur d’accueillir @olivierpoels, journaliste et expert du vin, pour une dégustation verticale unique. ✨
Au programme : une dégustation verticale du millésime 2013 au millésime 2023, ainsi que la découverte en avant-première des primeurs 2024 des vins de la propriété.
Une véritable immersion dans l’évolution et la signature de Château Dauzac, au fil des années.
