3 short questions to introduce you to one of the faces of Dauzac, Anthony

▢️ What’s your position? I have been a cellar worker at ChΓ’teau Dauzac since 2007. My job is quite versatile, but to sum up I am in charge of taking care of the wine making process.

▢️ Can you describe a typical day? Not all the days are the same! To give you an example, at the moment I have to do the entonnage. In other words, once the alcoholic and malolactic fermentations have been completed, the wine must be put into barrels. The cellars must then be prepared for the entonnage (pumping).

▢️ What’s your favorite vintage these days? That’s a good question, it’s not easy, there are several that I like a lot. But if I had to choose, I would say the 2005 and 2010 vintages.
